Once you've made a firm decision to go ahead, please email us a request to book and let us know whether you're having a Civil Ceremony. We'll set you up your Barn Hire invoice on our online invoicing system and email you a link.
Meanwhile please contact our catererers, Cripps Kitchen, who will set up a catering invoice on the same online system. It makes sense to double-check costs with them before you part with your deposit for the Barn Hire.
If you are having a Civil Ceremony, you'll need to check with the Registrar that they can do the date.

Once happy, you can download the Booking Forms from the online invoice.
Confirming the Booking
After 3 days, please confirm that you have received the link to our online system and are able to access it to check your details, and if you are having a Civil Ceremony, that you have booked the Registrar.
Before the end of the 7-day Provisional Booking period, please send us the completed Barn Hire Booking Form by post, either enclosing a deposit cheque made out to Cripps Barn Hire for half the Hire Fee plus half the £150 Ceremony Fee if applicable, or transferring the deposit to our account (details on the online invoice), or paying by Debit Card by phone.
The Booking is formally confirmed when your payment has cleared and we've sent you a copy of the countersigned Booking Form. You online invoice will be updated to receipt your deposit.
